I am a Licensed Psychotherapist with over twenty years' clinical and professional experience. I am independently licensed as a LPC in the states of Arizona and Minnesota and as a LCPC in the state of Illinois. I work with adolescents and adults within an online therapeutic setting.

I am an avid athlete who enjoys being active through running, swimming, cycling, hiking, and yoga. As well as, an avid reader, traveler, and overall sports fan.
